A real natural, Tracy elevated her licensure status from Salesperson to Broker in 15 months after embarking on a real estate career. She immediately opened Touchstone Realty, Inc., an independent firm whose motto was “Setting the Standard in Personalized Service.” Working only on referral and without a storefront, Tracy earned recognition as one of the top 150 agents in the Commonwealth by her third year in the business. Simultaneously, she renovated numerous properties for resale, the largest of which was 7,480 square foot house in Wayland that she sold for $2,500,000 in June 2001. Because of her vast personal experience in development, Tracy has been hired by builders and developers to locate feasible projects, determine scopes of work to achieve the highest profit, select finishes, and everything in between. Tracy earned a B.A. in Economics from Wellesley College in 1986 and an M.S. in Resource Management and Administration from Antioch New England University in 1993. She is an avid believer that learning is a life-long process. Accordingly, she attends educational and training events several times a year to be sure she is growing personally and professionally and keeping her skills on the "cutting edge" to serve her clients.
