In my 9th year as a Realtor headquartered in Houston/Bay Area, with national designations of Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR); Specialist for the 55+ market (SRES); Relocation Representation, as well as "Fine Homes" International Specialist; Certified Negotiations Specialist and Short Sales & Foreclosures and ePro Marketing certified.I was reared with a strong work ethic and sense of responsiblity that began early and has carried throughout my professional and personal life. In high school I was Student Body State Representative (4 yrs), 1st chair saxophone/oboe in concert/stage/marching bands, class officer (4 yrs), Homecoming Queen (Freshman year), Miss Sophomore and Miss Senior - plus holding down two after school/weekend jobs, looking after my younger brothers and maintaining an "A" average.I have a lifelong history of helping others achieve their goals, both businesses and non-profit organizations. I've served on the boards and committees of the March of Dimes Women's Auxiliary; Dallas Military Ball; The Playwright's Project; the Friends Auxiliary of Bay Area Turning Point; TACA (The Auction for the Cultural Arts) and Women's Board of the Dallas Arboretum, as well as a Reader for Taping for the Blind Radio.Formerly a successful, award-winning advertising/marketing/PR executive representing virtually every type of business and industry, including dozens of new home builders, commercial real estate developers, architects and construction firms, I became a Realtor to work DIRECTLY with individuals and families when buying or selling a home. I love the challenge of locating "just the right home at the right price" as well as meeting a seller's price and timeline objectives. Personally, I love to learn, enjoy movies, travel, plays, music, dancing, bridge and board games. Most of all, I love spending time with my daughter, husband, family and friends.
