Bill is originally from Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. He is an alumnus of University of Notre Dame where he studied Mechanical and Industrial Engineering. He also received a Business Degree in Entrepreneurial Studies. As a young athlete, he captained Notre Dame’s Ski Team. After college, Bill continued competing in skiing when injuries eventually retired his skis for golf clubs. While living in San Francisco, he founded a new Golf Club uniquely located inside a National Park and on one of the oldest courses in the United States -- all while golfing competitively throughout Northern California. Always committed to community service, Bill was an active volunteer for nearly 10 years at California Pacific Medical Center’s, Institute of Health & Healing including group counseling of children from -- Families Living With Terminal Illness.Bill began his career as a Test Design Engineer for a jet engine manufacturing company. This led to Operations and Efficiency Analysis for a major international corporation. After which, he joined a private real estate investment company, where he managed Commercial Real Estate in states from California to Florida. Bill honed his skills in negotiating with long-term commercial leases, divestiture of major assets, and management of industrial properties. Later, Bill was in Project Management and managed team-based technological solutions for the Dot-Com industry, which led him to San Francisco. Bill’s passion for Real Estate soon called him back, and for a decade he managed commercial and multi-family residential real estate. Bill and his wife, Denise quickly became enamored with San Francisco’s old Victorian and Edwardian architecture and began restoring and renovating residential and commercial properties back to their former glory. This led to the fast-paced and logistical challenges of flipping properties for clients, as well as for their own portfolio.Today Bill provides his clients highly knowledgable real estate advice, strong representation and sharp negotiating skills that only solid experience can bring.
